Need help and advice, SO WORRIED!

Ok, so about 5 weeks ago, I had protected anal sex and unprotected oral sex (15 seconds) with a guy. I'm a guy also, 22 years. I literally preformed oral sex for 15- 20 seconds and we used a condom for anal but he did not cum inside me.

About one week later a started to develop a sore throat on just my left side which it still ongoing. I have been put on three courses of antibiotics (augmentin, klacid and sodium chloride 0.9%), the third which is due to finish tomorrow and although it has eases slightly, the sore throat is still there. Furthermore, I have started to develop a migraine on my left side also which is constant over the past few days. At week 3.5 I went to have a full STI and HIV test done, the results which are due in two days and I will also have another HIV test tomorrow (week 5.5).

I am so worried that i have gotten HIV. I literally think about it all the time and sweat and panic when I do. Is it possible that I contracted it?  Also, will this HIV test be anywhere near conclusive? Are these symptoms from HIV?

Also, has anyone had a sore throat for 4 weeks straight?

Please help, I literally can't stop worrying!

See your doctor for your sore throat. You never had a risk of contracting HIV.

Maybe strep throat? Worrying? Anxiety?  Stress? Those can all cause a sore throat, and stress/anxiety/worrying can prolong it.
