Hi Dr, after my exposure(where 1-I touched vagina by finger, there was no cut in finger and kissed lips while I was having sore in my toung), I tested after 4 days and got 0.06 as Index value but today after 20th day I tested and got 0.51 value, I am very very sacred, am I developing HIV very fast, as it's not even been a month and my index value is half, please help Sir.

Hi Sir, today I got my HIV-1 DNA (DNA detector) test as "Non-Detected" after 23 days of exposure. How reliable it is? Anyhow I will be going for test after 3 month, but can I be little relaxed as it will not alter to positive?

Thanks Sir, I was only worried as I had kissed a sexworker with unknown hiv status while i was having a sore in my tongue. How risky it will be ? I also accept that touching vegina or anus will not result in hiv transmission.

You had no risk for hiv. The numbers will always vary. As long as it is below 1.

Can kissing just lip to lip no french no sliva or spit exchange cause hiv transmission, if i was having a 3-4 days old sore in my tounge

Ask the one conducted the test. You dont have any risk from that situation..

But sir, can you give me any logic behind this increased hiv index value, which is 0.51

You had no unprotected sex and you did not share needles.  You had no risk.

But Sir, why this index value increased as much within 17 days, I haven't done Oral sex, vaginal sex or anal sex, no drug injection only thing I am thinking is i kissed lips to lips that too not french to a sex worker.
         Shall I go for PrEP how I can make sure it will not turn into HIV poitive if  I promise not to indulge in any Unsafe activity in future, please reply sir asap.
