Need some education and advise

I am a 31 yr old married male. On Nov 16th 2008, I was at a strip club (Larry flynt's Hustler club). People say that it is one of the high end clubs in the country. I had a private lap dance w/ a stripper and she was wearing a g-string and was topless. There was no french kissing, no vaginal, anal or oral sex. The only activity was nipple sucking and kissing on the nipples. To my knowledge there was no lactation or blood as I did not taste anything weird. After the incident I was scared to death thinking that what if there was lactation and what if there was blood involved with sucking a biting the nipples (i did gently bite it and she told me to be gentle as the nipple are sensitive), what if i did not notice it secondary to dim lights. 2 weeks after that incident I started to feel itchy over my chest and I had 2 raised rash (small) over my chest and my friends told me it was due to shaving of my chest hair (I did shave my chest hair on Nov 15th 2008). After that I had some dry cough but no fever,cold or flu like symptoms. On Nov 26th I had unprotected sex with my wife. After that I am scared to death thinking that I may have contracted hiv or other stds from the stripper. My mind is breaking in to pieces from this incident. I have some questions for you regarding this
1) Is nipple sucking considered a HIV/Herpes/Hep B,C risk
2) If it is not a risk, what is the rationale behind it not being a risk and why adults do not get hiv from breast milk (just to know the riks)
3)Is it safe for me to have unprotected sex with my wife
4) Do I need to get tested. If so is a 6 week window enough or do i need to wait for 3 months.
5) My friends told me that all the strippers get tested for HIV/STDs, is this true?
