Need ur valuable feedback

Hi, to every one I had sex with a sex worker in the month of NOV2009 when I was having sex my condom broke I had sex with her for about 3 minutes. So  I waited for 3 month's window period and I undergone tridot test in the month of mar 2010 after that I undergone westren blot test in the same month the result was negative.I was pretty much relaxed after getting negative result's but after few day's I started facing repiratory problems, pain in my lymph nodes in my neck and back of my ear's,and frequent burps(Gas is coming out of my mouth). So again I went for tridot test in the month of April result was negative. And after that to till date I undergone 4 tridot test and Elisa test for one time the result was negative. But still I am facing respiratory problems, pains, feeling drowsy, diaria,Rash on my stomach which is not itching, bumps on my body near the groin and frequent gas related problems. I have undergone these test's in a small labratorya. Still I am facing the same problems I am really scared of HIV. Do I really need to convern about HIV if no what about my symptoms which I am facing from past 10 month's. Can I relay on the tests that I undergone.

Please help me
