Needle Prick Paranoia?

I was in the gym when I felt a slight pain in my arm. I looked around  but there was no one near me. There is a small red spot on my arm and there was a small amount of blood. I have lots of pimples along my arm so it could be that. Could someone have poked me with a needle or am I just being paranoid? Am I at any risk whatsoever?

Many Thanks,
Robin299

Is testing required? The pain was barely noticeable and not sharp. I still have a red mark on my arm. Am I at any risk?
