Negative Oraquick finger *****

How accurate is a rapid Oraquick test at 19 weeks (almost 5 months) post exposure? The nurse at the clinic told me I had to return in Octocer to be 99% sure. She said they don't mention 100%.

3 months is conclusive...no need to return your test is conclusive.

Is the oraquick rapid test just as reliable as the standard antibody test? I got my results so soon (20 mins) with the oraquick rapid which was different in the case of my antibody with labcorp where I actually called the doctors office two days prior and got my negative results. I guess what I'm wondering is how do two similar antibody test that both search for antibody production can be equally reliable when they have different strategies?
