Negative at 3 months

So I got a test 1 month after and 3 months (without one day) after exposure. Both duo tests (antigen + antobody), both NEGATIVE. So I would like to ask is it conclusive now ? Can I forget now ? My exp was unprotected sex with unknown girl at the party.
Is this one day makes a difference or should it be 13 weeks not 12 like I read somewhere ?
