Nerve pain

Hi all,

How soon can HIV cause nerve pain? I feel needles pain at the back of my neck and in my armpits. I tested negative at 16 weeks using the INSTI rapid test but can't find any explanation to my nerve pain in the mentioned area.

When u google nerve pain causes, HIV comes as one of them so would like to know at what stage can HIV cause nerve pain and if I should test again.
