New and just woundering

Can anyone here help me break this down I didnt understand what it all means. U would make my day
     What does Hiv 1/2 eia ab screen mean? What does screen w/reflexes mean? This is what it look liked

Reflexes means Western Blot.  "HIV 1/2 EIA ANTIBODY SCREEN W/ REFLEXES" is the lab's name for an HIV test.  Looks like you used Quest Diagnostics?
HIV 1/2 EIA AB SCREEN means they just did an ELISA.

Does that mean that they had to use the western blot or its just part of what they do?
