Night sweat and small spots
Hello Doctor,
My sincere regards to you. I had sex 6 weeks before with a CSW in Barcelona, Spain. I had used condom. But in the mid the condom had broken and I had ejaculated inside her. After that I asked her about HIV status. She said she is clean.The duration of sex was at maximum 2 minutes.
After 18 days I woke up in the night with sweating. It was not at all profuse but i would say it was little different from normal. I had similar sweat on the next night as well. After that I never had night sweats as such.
I do not remember if I had fever anytime. I am having pain under the armpit some time.
This pain is intermittent. Yesterday(7th week), I found few small spots above my shoulder . There are in total ten very small(similar to a pen point mark) spots. these are red in colour. I had some pain in my groin area as well.
Also sometimes I feel little pain behind my knee.
These are all the symptoms that i have experienced till now.
I had never sex unprotected. This was my first unprotected sex as of now. Really worried about my future situation.
Please suggest me about my risk of contracting hiv and any further action steps.i m always grateful to you...

Yes you are right. Noone can guess anything about hiv.
But teak do you think the above mentioned symptoms are HIV related. I am again making small note wise point for you..

2) 10 small red spots above the shoulder at 7th week
3) pain and burning sensation under the armpit
4) little pain in the groin area at 6th week
Thats it. Please tell if I am at high risk for a single exposure.
Can I go for test after 10 weeks??
