No antibody presence but positive???

Hi experts, is it possible for some infected person to not produce antibody to the virus ever? Therefore an antibody test outside the window period will not pick up the infection?

every infected will develop antibody within 6-8weeks and 12weeks,if the test cant detect the antibody maybe the person still in the window period.
