Nominal risk from exposure to pre-ejaculate

I know this question is a little redundant, but I'm curious about the risk of my particular situation.

A little over two weeks ago I slept with a guy three times, and we used condoms all three times. However, the last time he started to put the condom on backwards, pulled it off, blew on it, and then put it on correctly. I did not know this had happened until afterwards (needless to say, I was extremely upset when I found out)
I'm assuming some pre-ejaculate was transferred onto the outside of the condom, which then came in contact with me. I know that the risk for HIV transmission for unprotected sex is still quite low, but I also bled a bit (cervix was hit) during this episode, so I am worried that this elevates my risk. On the other hand, I know that exposure to air  can render HIV inactive after a specified amount of time.
The guy said that he gives blood every three months and has never been told of a positive HIV result. But at this point I am not going to place too much trust in that.
Is my risk substantial enough to warrant a lot of anxiety? I feel as if every little cough or tickle in the back of my throat is the onset of acute HIV infection and it is driving me insane - I can barely function thinking about how stupid I was!

Last post - I promise! Thanks for putting up with everyones' irrational anxiety!

I know that unprotected, non-ejaculatory sex without a condom is a risk (albiet low), so how can pre ejaculate that was exposed to air before being inserted vaginally become no risk, unless the HIV died within the 5 seconds of air exposure?
Is the theoretical risk just so small that it becomes zero for all practical purposes?

It is really only a negative test that will *completely* alleviate my fears...which I will do at the 3 month mark, but until then it is nice to get an educated assessment

It's not a low risk.  It's ZERO.

Thanks Teak!
I realize that there are an abundance of "we had unprotected sex, but he didn't ejaculate in me. What is my risk?" questions, but hadn't seen anything about the virus being exposed to air before insertion.
This was actually the closest I could find, and any risk of transmission seems to be dependent on if the fluid had enough time to dry.

The odds are certainty in my favor, but like most people on this forum, even a low risk is too high!
I blame all this anxiety on the propaganda we've grown up with. Were I to contract HIV today, I'm still much more likely to die in a car accident than of an AIDS related opportunistic disease.

It wasn't a risk at all. You are not the first to come here with that concern.
