Non Sexual Exposure... Please HELP!

Is this a risk?

I got some 3 scratch on my back and  1 on my upper arm (both are on right side), I don’t remember how did I get.... my normal routine is “Home to office” then “Office to Gym” and from “Gym Back to Home”. I got this on weekdays. But I really can not recall,

I didn’t feel any pain at that time, but after that my mom pointed that I got some scratches and I started worrying….

Well I wore full sleeves shirt... and the place where I got this scratches was fully covered with my shirt.

I am really worried for this... because I could not recall.... how did I get this?

PLEASE HELP GUYS...

You need to quit worrying. You didn't get HIV from a scratch.

You need to stop worrying.  You are not at risk.  Is this the first time you have ever had a scratch in your whole life?  No risk here.

Thanks a billion for reply TEAK,
I am worried because, I am thinking that some1 may have used a pin or any pointed thing to scratch. And it may contain HIV infected blood… I really don’t recall OR know how I got those scratches….

Please help me, I’ll be very very thankful to you all..

The scratches have blood clots, it means my skin had been slit, and blood should have come out.

Please help me guys… I’ll be very thankful to you…
