Not a Game of Chance?

So, still paranoid to get an HIV test from a 'non-risk' exposure according to sources on here, because I developed a strange skin rash about 6 weeks after my 'non-risk' exposure (according to Dr. HHH a skin rash is not an indication of early HIV infection)

http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/stdbasics/hivaids.asp

I read a comment from 'Teak' that HIV is not a game of chance.  That's pretty funny.  'Use a condom correctly and consistently every time and you won't have a risk'.  What if a condom breaks, what about that circumstance?  Wouldn't that make it a game of chance?

It is a game of chance.

Honestly, I wouldn't have thought anything of it were it not for the strange rash about 6 weeks after.  Why, of all the times that I could have developed a strange rash, did I develop one 6 weeks after my 'non-risk' exposure.  HHH said it could also be secondary stage syphillis, but too scared to get that test because I would feel the necessity to do a full STD screen.

The rash may have saved me if I'm alright.  It's a permanent change.

Yeah, it would be ironic if I got banned.  A fitting end.  Truth is a hard pill to swallow.
