ORAL SEX AND HIV RISK

Dear Doc, here is my situation, I am Indian working in Dubai(UAE)   on12 August 2017 , i drunken much and stayed in hotel, their i called on CSW, she is around 35 year old and she from Turkey, I inserted my penis into her mouth for around 5 minutes(Unprotected) , no other kind of sex as i dunked too much....after this incident i got fever many times,,, 5 times ....( Mild fever ) till december end.. on fear of HIV i went back to India . and tested  HIV , Syphlis ,Hep B, Hep. C on 76th day of expouse(10.5 weeks).. result came back nonreactive/ Negetive for all..by assuming its 3rd generation i again tested on 78  & 80 days these also came back negative, on 82th day i came back to UAE and gave VISA medical, ( Please note in UAE HIV testing is mandatory for new visa/renewal visa),  i got visa that means 82th day test also came negetive, can i consider these my 4 HIV negetive test on 76 , 78 ,80. and 82 th day antibody test as conclusive?..Still i get freequent fever/ cold.. what could be the reason...still chances of HIV?( I am not sure about 3rd generation or 4th genration tests, tb be specific  in India i went to I.C.T.C counter (Government), and UAE Visa medical i dont know which kind of test they will do...
Assuming alll these 3rd generation test can it be conclusive?

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV so your tests were unnecessary. You interact with others who carelessly cough their germs on your lips, food and door knobs so flu and fever can be expected at any time.
It is time to move on from HIV fears. It is abnormal to take repeated tests for the same disease, plus you can't have HIV anyway. Further testing would be HIV phobia.
