Odd Symptom

Please help me,
Since 7th week, i have bad stomach, itchy all over my body and joint pain, hard to breath, i went to the clinic and the doctor didn't know what my desease, is it a symptom of HIV, i persit so long and made me very confuse about it. Does anyone test positive have these symptom. I so scared.
I tested at 49th day and it came back negative. Is it enough for me. Now i still have them.
