Odds of getting HIV

Hello , I'm a 20 years old straight female. I only had one partner in my life and we both got tested for HIV and the results were negative. Unfortunately, we broke up. That leads me to my problem, two weeks ago, I met a guy, two years younger than me and I gave him oral sex. The truth is, after about 20 seconds, I remembered what I was doing and that it could be risky so I gave up, so the oral sex lasted for about 20 seconds and there wasn't ejaculation. The thing is, since than, I can't stop thinking about HIV. I imagine my own funeral, I can't sleep, I can't eat. I'm aware of the thing that the he was straight and that he wasn't a drug user but I can't help myself. The only symptom I had is a pain in the liver and abdominal muscles. My exams are in a week and I can't study... Please, help me! Is there any chance of getting HIV? Can I get tested 3 weeks from encounter?

is the 0.04 percent risk only for the active person (for the woman who gives the blowjob on a man) or also for a man if he gets a blowjob by a woman?

Transmission from an HIV positive receptive partner to an HIV negative active partner may occur when the active partner gets sexual fluid e.g.semen or blood from a wound somewhere in the genital or anal region into a cut, sore, ulcer or area of inflammation somewhere in their mouth or throat. The linings of the mouth and throat are very resistant to viral infections such as HIV, so infection is unlikely if they are healthy. Finally, several co-factors can increase the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex, including oral ulcers and wounds, bleeding gums, genital sores, genital or oral piercings, and the presence of other STDs. At the 4th International Oral AIDS Conference held in South Africa, the risk of transmission through oral sex was estimated to be approximately 0.04 per cent per contact.Tests such as the HIV PCR test can usually give accurate results within three weeks of infection. However, not all clinics will offer these tests, and you may have to pay for them if they do. You should ask you healthcare provider for more information if you wish to take an HIV test before three months have elapsed.  Good luck and don't forget to use safe sex in future.

Thank you for your answer. The thing is, yes, I read a lot about it and I've found many contradictory informations about oral sex and odds of getting HIV. Some of them say the risk is equal as a risk involved in every other sexual activity, some of them agree that it's unlikely to get HIV from oral sex. But I can't sleep, I can't study, I can't think about anything else, and I've been thinking about suicide to get the hell out of this situation...
