Office restroom infection

So guys is it possible for HIV to move through surfaces, for instance..If someone masturbates and touches the restroom doorknob, and after some time the next person to come in touches the same doorknob, and then cleans his *** with the same fingers or picks his nose which could have a cut in it? or for that matter, can such contact spread virus if I was to touch a surface (like a tap or restroom doorknob or the toilet seat when I put it down) and later with the same fingers touch my mucous membrane or a cut? Can HIV spread this way?
