On Risks and Testing - Very Serious Events

Post this incident on reccomendation of a Doctor. I did HIV duo Antizen Antibody at 21 days post exposure, which was negative. Dr asked me to forget the incident as the exposure was low.

During the seventh week I got infectious sore thorat, productive Cough with Phelgm and post nasal drip along with fever 99.5 to 100.5 for 4 days which subsided after taking Amoxillin.

I go scared that this may be ARS and so decided to test again at 51 days. But what has scared me most is that the lab has asked me to submit the blood sample again as they wanted to do the test on one more machine as per their protocol.

My questions are

1. What would be risks if her vaginal fluids come in  contact with exposed penis head? I am uncircumcised and she pulled the skin down to clean. Soap was present but proportion was less compared to Water in tub. Water in tub was warm not hot.

2. When she slid on my thigh what would the risk be if at all the vaginal fluids come in contact with the scratch.

3. Was testing needed here

4. Has anyone been positive but not shown on a 21 days Ag/AB Duo test particularly now when the CDC itself officially published the latest (June 27, 2014) the window period and algorithm in ......

5. One must be knowing how I must be feeling now.

Hi, Thanks for the reply,

I am still worried why the lab asked for a blood sample second time after I went for second test.

Please inform more on the risks of Vaginal Fluids on scratch and vaginal fluids on mucous pulled down foreskin in water tub.

Please reply.

I was in and Asian upscale Brothel; the CSW proceeded to give nude bath in a tub together. This was using tap water only a little liquid soap was used. After drying, she applied Durex lubricant and I wore a condom.
She was on top and after the act she tried getting up but slid on my thigh. Just above my knee on the thigh there was a scratch which I observed next morning. It appeared like 1-2 days light pink bloody scratch. I do not remember when this scratch occurred nor did it hurt during the act or bath.I immediately within 3 seconds wiped it using a towel lying on bed. I am not sure whether the vaginal fluids touched the scratch or not.
