One night stand

Hey guys.
I'm male and I recently hooked up with a man of unknown status.
It happened about 10 days ago. We had protected anal intercourse with him being insertive and me being receptive, however our sexual encounter didn't last long as I couldn't bare the pain because I was too tight due to the fact that I have been celibate for over two years. We agreed on foreplay so he took the condom off so I could give him a handjob. After giving him the handjob, I laid on my stomach so he would finger me. He fingered me but he also tried to penetrate me. Mind you, I'm tight so I felt the pressure and I then i screamed no before the whole head penetrated so he stopped. I gave him a bj immediately after without him wearing condom and he ejaculated inside my mouth.

fast forward to 3days ago, i started experiencing stiffness in my neck. I also have mild headaches however I'm known for having migraines in the past. I also feel like my nodes under jaw are swelling fro the inside however, I can't feel them outside. I'm stressing like crazy!

My question is how much of HIV was i exposed to by my risky behavior if hypothetically speaking the guy I had sex with was HIV positive? Am i blowing things out of proportion??? Please help!!!!

Hey Teak.

It has been three weeks past what I consider my "possible" exposure. I know I was assured that I had low to no risk however, I have experienced stiffness on the left side of my neck 5 days ago accompanied by slightly blocked ears however they both subsided a day ago. Also... My chin feels a bit heavy but it is not swollen and there is no appearance of a swollen lymph node on my neck, armpit and groin area as well.
I have not been to the doc as I cannot afford to, so that's why I've opted to seek advice from a professional in this sight.
My questions are as follows:

1) Can I take antibiotics to ease the uncomfortable feeling under my chin?
2) Is it possible that my lymph nodes could be swelling up slowly or swollen without being visible?
3) I tested negative5 days after my possible exposure however I know that the results are inconclusive. So, how long should I wait to test and obtain conclusive results?

I do not mean to be a nuisance however I am deeply concerned and it is driving me to the deepest levels of paranoia. Please help.

I'm sorry but this is not twitter.

If you were not penitrated then you had no risk.

All most penetrating is not the same as penetrating. There needs to be insertive penetration to come into contact with anal fluids.

Thank you.
I know I was exposed because by him almost penetrating me after taking the condom off, I felt pressure, I said "No" then he stopped. Is it high or low Risk?

Hi, HIV is transmitted by unprotected insertive anal/vaginal sex, sharing IV drug needles and mother to child.
