One week Dna Testing

hi i had unprotected sex 2 weeks before, but i was do unpationed that i testing for DNA-PCR after exact 1 week it came back negative, the test lab said that i need to reconfirm with after 28 day's .. do my question is do i will be positve after one week DNA negative, if yes then what are the chances and how accurate this 1 week DNA testing is..
please let me know

You wasted your money. PCR-DNA are not approved diagnostic tests.

acutally it was RNA-Dna
now what are the chances..

Do you mean PCR-RNA? They are not stand alone tests and have to be used in conjunction with an antibody test.

no it was RNA test for DNA which searching for hiv virus within 10 days or so....

hi teak i had done real time taqman dna pcr method after 35 days of exosure it was was -ve result and after 16 weeks also i had done elisa test again it was -ve (0.13) was reading do i need to worry any more or i have to test agin at 6 months mark agin plz repaly me

even teak i had elisa test test to lady also even she was-ve result but my worry  is she might be in window period any my risk is i had gone with condom iwhile i was entring her ***** the condom was broken in starting of her ***** immediatley i took back and started agin with new condom plz repaly me teak waiting  for repaly
