Open cut on the penis

Hello everyone , I would like to share my possible exposure
Yesterday I had vaginal intercourse with a girl and I used  condom for the entire activity .but the problem is that I had an open cut on my penis which I suppose was covered with the condom . I ejaculated in the condom and even checked the leakage by filling it with water . Now I am a little worried because of the cut and my specific questions are as follows

1. Can HIV be transmitted through a cut on the penis even if it is covered with the condom
2. How does condom breakage checked

I request the experts in the forum to please answer the my questions
Thanks

First of all, it is impossible to be in the third week of an exposure you NEVER had.

Second, this forum pertains to questions regarding HIV, not shingles, hence would request you post your question in appropriate forum.

Hello eveyone
I am in the third week of my exposure and I am experiencing a needle like pain and irritation on my back only  when I lie down for the last 5 days  with no visible rash or pimples on my back , and what's freaking me out is the possibility of shingles .now my specific questions are

1. Can shingles be a symptom of acute hiv infection .
2. When does rash appear after the pain in case of shingles.

I am extremely worried hence would request the experts to please respond .

Condoms don't get small holes, when they break they break wide open.
