I took the following:
July 24th, public health dept, oraquick swab test, negative, 10wks 5 days
Aug 7th, public health dept, oraquick swab test, negative, 12wks 5 days
Since I still had goofy symptoms and wasnt sure of swab reliability:
Aug 8th, lab services, blood drawn for blood test, get results on Friday
What are the chances of a blood test finding positive where the immediate prior swab tests are negative? Can the swab test be read wrong or processed wrong?
I will rest easy once I get the results from the blood test today. The weird symptoms is what has me so freaked out. A negative on the blood test would be a green light to me to investigate the symptoms with a doctor. It has to be something.
Good. I know how you feel though. I've been to 2 MD's as well as I think it 'has to be something' too. Most likely, it's not anything remotely serious.
