Oral & Intercourse with same condom

5 years back, a CSW in Czech repub did fellatio on me with a condom. Immediately after, with same condom, we had vaginal intercourse. Subsequently, I experimented with a condom & a banana and found that teeth could cause pin holes. Can vaginal fluids leak thru a pinhole and cause infection? For the last 2 years, I am having continuous minor tongue ulcers every month (doctors say it is Recurrant Apthous Ulcers), but I am worried. Pleas advise.
Note- I have already read your various  replies on oral sex and probablity in Czech.

I did not get a proper answer to my question. Does Noooo--- mean,that infection  chances are less even  if intercourse is done with same condom after oral. - and no visible tears or hole on condom.

saliva is not infectious so it doesnt matter if oral was performed first or not.

Im from the uk, about 2 months ago I visited a female escort she gave me a hand job and while doing so sat on my face. Her vagina touched my lips, I did keep my mouth closed and  as far as im aware no vaginal fluids reached into my mouth. After a minute or so I did pull my face away so actual contact was for no more than a minute. About two weeks after i had a sore throat for a couple of days. Am I at risk from stds/hiv, and is the sore throat a symptom?

I had a test 4 weeks after exposure and it was negative, I have to return for a second in three weeks time.I have a sore throat again and my under arms feel a little tender, however i cant see any redness or swelling of the lymph nodes is this a cause for concern?
