Oral Sex. No Ejaculation. Risk???

When I was there in Vacation, 3 weeks ago, I had unprotected Oral Sex (M2M), both receiving and giving, with a guy in India. After that I have become very anxious whether I would have had an HIV exposure. There was no ejaculation in the mouth and we did only BJs. I am pretty sure that the guy are clean. They looked very healthy.

1. Do I have any possibility of HIV?
2. If at all, I have to test when should i test?
