Oral Sex and HIV risk

I had a encounter with someone someone in a high risk community where I gave them oral sex. I had a small cut on the outside of my lip. There was no ejaculation. Any exposure would have had to be precum mixed with saliva on the outside of my mouth or hitherto undisclosed entry points in my mouth. My brain tells me there was no/negligible risk, but the CDC guidelines, which seem to have been written by a focus group of lawyers, leads me down a emotional rabbit hole. Teak and other high-volume moderators consistently tell people that there is no risk. Perhaps my intellectual and the epidemilogical-minded side tells me this, but damn the emotional side is so hard to overcome, I'm the 1% right?. If anyone could help, please inform.
