Oral Sex not a risk Even with blood?

So if someone has a lot of blood in their mouth, is it still impossible to pass HIV through oral sex? Couldn't they spread HIV by giving someone oral with a lot of blood in their mouth?

there is nothin 0% and if there was a lot of blood in someones mouth, there is lil higher risk involved, mostly if the receiving one is also having some kind of wound... if there is aloot of anxiety, then better get tested at 6-8 weeks, this will give a peace of mind!

If someone had that much blood in their mouth that would take to transmit HIV they couldn't preform oral sex. You didn't have a risk and don't need testing.
