Oral Sex with HIV + Partner

Hi everyone, Im a gay male and my partner is HIV + and has been for a year not and is not on treatment. We don't have sex, but we do kiss. I give him handjobs without him cumming and he performs oral sex on me. Is there any risk of contracting HIV from him sucking me off? I have heard if he has sores in his mouth I would get HIV. But wouldn't there have to be a noticable amount of blood in his mouth? Am I even at risk at all?
