Oral and Vaginal Intercourse with Prostitute

I had a momentary lapse of judgment and obtained a prostitute from one of the boliches in Buenos Aires.  She performed unprotected oral sex for approximately 3-5 minutes and then we had protected vaginal intercourse for approximately 1-2 minutes.  She did not speak english very well so evaluating her HIV status was not an option.  However, I did notice after we finished unfortunately that she had what appeared to be a small cold sore on her lip.  I am HSV-1 and 2 positive already so I'm not worried about contracting those, but mainly HIV.  I plan to get tested for the full battery of STDs around the 4 week mark. However, I'm in a panic about whether I should obtain PEP treatment (happened less than 24 hours ago) and/or abstain from unprotected intercourse with my regular female partner.  Any insight on the relative risk level to me from either exporsure, and to my regular partner if we do have intercourse in the next 4 weeks, is appreciated.  If there are other specific threads that you can refer me to that would be helpful as well.

Thanks

Receiving oral sex is virtually no risk. You're chance of getting struck by lighting is greater than getting HIV from receiving oral sex. You have nothing to worry about. Believe it.

Neither are risks of contracting HIV.
