Oral and fingering

Recently I received a blowjob from a lady in my neighborhood who has been known to get around. After the blowjob I  fingered her for a short time before she left. I never saw any blood on my hands or on my penis afterwards. I also found out recently that she has crohns disease. I don't know if this has anything to do with her HIV status. I know there are post on here about similar incidents but I just want to know what the risk is from my personal mistake. The thought of HIV has got me really worried. Thanks in advance
