Oral and possible blood

i am a male and I am circumcised well my story goes I met a girl and ended up making out with her and her giving me oral it was dark and I was worried there might have been blood in her mouth does this affect the transition ability?
after about a week or so I got super paranoid and asked if she had anything and she sad no... But sadly I kept thinking she gave me hiv I went to a few doctors asking about the risk through oral and kissing one said it was a low risk and should test and the other freaked out and said I was at risk I also haven't felt any symptoms other than some diarreha around week 2

At about 6 weeks I got a Oraquick advance oral swab test done and thankfully it was negative

Was what they are saying true should I still worry, does my test mean anything or was Ito early

Yes.  There would need to be blood literally pouring out of her mouth for it to even be considered somewhat of a risk.

Because they have to.  Mainly because, in theory, anything is possible.  I had a doctor tell me I had a risk for HIV once when I had a shard of glass stab my foot in New York City.

You have not had a risk and your negative test proves it.  You are safe to move on.
