Oral exposure, grounds for PEP?

Hello,

24 hours ago I had an encounter with a famous transexual pornographic actress who also escorts. We gave each other mutual fellatio and came in each other's mouths. I spat out the ejaculate shortly after. This is very out f character for me and am now worried sick.
I asked her if she had any diseases and she was very offered I even suggested such a thing, stating that I had nothing to worry about. seemed to take the question as an insult.
I am however very concerned because she came in my mouth; would it be advisable to seek medical help for possible PEP?

Also I have a steady partner, should I refrain from sex with her?

Thanks for your time.

You do not need to test over this incident and certainly don't need PEP.
