Oral exposure and cut from razor

Hi DR Hook or Handsfield.

I have two situations I would like your feedback on.

First,a guy who is hiv postive performed unprotected oral sex on me.14.5 WEEKS SINCE EXPOSURE,i TESTED NEGATIVE with lab ELISA.Is this test conclusive,or do I need to test at 6 months?

Second,just 5 days ago,a guy who is positive cut himself with a razor just seconds before shaking my hand and while he was shaking my hand cut me on one of my fingers with the same razor.I am scared about this and need to know if I must test as a result of this exposure.

You had no risk for HIV from Oral Sex even if he was positive, and No Risk from the razor even if it had blood on it
