Oral sex, diarrhea, headache and stiff neck

I am a 27 years old guy and recently i went to Thailand and received an unprotected oral sex from a masseuse. I started feeling stomach issues from the same day and after two days i got diarrhea(gastritis) followed by headache, stiff neck and backache after few days. I visited a doctor when i came back and he said that most probably its a traveler's diarrhea because of food and alcohol. After another 10 days i got mild sore throat, ear blockage and body pain. I don't have any fever from the day of incidence.

Now my stomach problem is under control but I am freaking out if these are symptoms of possible HIV infection. Kindly advice.

Thanks for the quick response and wish you Merry Christmas and have a great year ahead.

I went through different forums and I do understand that 2-4 days is little too early for HIV symptoms to show up, but this sore throat and body ache is raising curiosity. I am planning to get tested after the window period but the worst part is that I can't get tested in this part of the world.
