Oral sex + ejaculation + deep wound in mouth

hello experts!

on 06. Dec. I had a ons with a boy i didnt know.

we had protected vaginal sex and then I did an unprotexted blow job for him until his EJACULATION in my mouth.
I am worrying because I bit my cheek at dinner very DEEPLY (like 2-3 hours before sex),
and it was still hurting and wasnt healling yet while doing the blow job..

I was a bit drunk and just too stupid to be aware of the risk..
I dont know if he is HIV pos. but I know he sexually active and has been with a lot of (random) girls..

two and half weeks after the ons I got headache, pain in throat,i lost even my voice, then i coughed for almost 2 weeks, always tired and sleepy.. now i am still feeling something with my throat.

is it possible that the HIV in his sperm went through my wound to make me get infected?

thank u very much for u could help me more to get rid of the anxiety!

do you know your partners status? If he was HIV-, then no risk. If HIV+, then there is a theoretical risk. But, it would still be very unlikely.

If oral sex transmitted HIV almost the whole world would be living with HIV. New cases upon cases would be happening every day. It simply doesn't happen. We know transmission occurs within the body. HIV dies once exposed to air.

The facts are this. There has been no CONFIRMED cases of HIV transmission via oral sex. Of course, docs don't like to use such definitive terms as "never", so they hedge their bets and call it theoretical. I wouldn't worry. You will not be the first person in the history of this forum to have contracted HIV via oral sex.

he said he is clean, but i dont know how trustful he is or maybe he doesnt even know about his status.

assuming he is HIV+, how likely it is for me to get infected?
His sperma had definitively contact with the wound in my mouth.. or will be the wound already closed after 2.3 hours after the bite?

thank u again!!!!!!!
