Oral sex and HIV Status

Hi guys,

I've been reading and learning a lot trough this website.
I was worried about gono and syph from oral sex, but as days go by, HIV becomes more persistent. I'm a male and i received a bj (rough oral) from a sex worker like 12 days ago,. Should i get tested for HIV given the risk?
