I live in saudi arabia as an expatriates and I have already tested twice for HIV and there was no problem of any kind. And to be precise, I also had an unprotected oral sex.

Do not worry about HIV and you do not need testing. Oral sex is very common between people and if it is possible for HIV to be transmitted through oral sex, believe me more than half of the population in the world will be infected. But luckily it is not transmitted that way, so do not worry. YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV

First of all, oral sex is not a risk for HIV.
Second of all, symptoms were never used to diagnose HIV.
Finally, you do not have HIV regarding whatever you are experiencing, it could be just cold
