Oral sex and tonsillitis diagnosis

I have posted before about a year ago about hiv and oral sex but recently i have seen a lot of medical practices say hiv can be transferred threw oral sex. I gave an unprotected blow job about a week ago and now have tonsillitis and i am worried that my immune system is low because of infection and I got tonsillitis now. Could this be the reason why?
