Oral sex during period

Hi-
I'm aware that there is a very low risk of contracting HIV from performing oral sex on a woman, but was wondering whether or not the risk would be increased if the woman was menstruating.

My potential exposure was a single incident about four weeks ago.  I probably performed oral sex on this woman (HIV status unknown) for around thirty minutes, and I don't know how far into her period she was.  I also rubbed her vagina several times with my hands (some penetration) as well as with my penis (NO penetration).

So, again, would the fact that she was menstruating increase the risk posed from performing oral sex?  And should I also be concerned about the fact that I rubbed my penis after stimulating her manually?
