Oral sex issue

Ok. Ill try to explain best I can. Last night I had oral sex (with ejaculation and i spit) with a guy. TOTALY DUMB! How it happend I dont know, but its happend b4 and nothing came of it. Anyways, I woke up this morning with a slight sore throat. I went to work and felt a like sick like I was going to throw up but that went away in a few minutes after my food started digesting. I was wondering if the day after sore throat thing is a sign of something bad or just a sore throat. I dont know if it makes a differnce but i did sleep only in my boxers with my fan on full blast and the air was on...Can you get a sore throat from that? Please help.

OK... Sooo. Is a sore throat the day after a sign of an STD or possible HIV?

No neither. You aren't going to get HIV and you do not get symptoms for STDs over night.

If you have a persistant sore throat in a couple of weeks the go have an oral STD panel done.
