Oral sex on a female

Hi,

Couple of days ago had sex unprotected oral sex with a sex worker.

I must have licked her vagina for around 15-20 minutes. Is there a possibility of HIV contraction in this case?

Also I have taken western blot test yesterday. If the western blot result is negative, then does it mean I have not contracted HIV.

Also let me know the Window period which would give accurate results.

Sir Tom,

Also I would like to mention that the Vagina was not bleeding(or did not have signs of bleeding).

And eventhough I did not have sexual intercourse I was wearing condoms.
Only thing I did was Cunnilingus.
Since she didnt bleed(I assume) can I take that I would have contracted HIV.

Please tell me about the Window period, as I would be taking another western blot test.
