The transmission risk was zero, for practical purposes (no proved cases of acquiring HIV by receiving a BJ). Shingles occurs all the time in healthy people without HIV; I had it myself once and so did my 12 year old son. Your wife's cold is irrelevant. You don't have HIV from that event and neither does your wife. If you remain nervous, have an HIV test. Assuming you have no other risks, the result will be negative.
People's moral decisions--whether you will or will not have similar exposures in the future--is irrelevant to my concerns or interests. I deal only in the medical and epidemiologic issues.

Your fears are completely irrational. The chances of getting HIV from oral sex, even with blood in the saliva are tiny. The underwear, 2 pairs mind you would have increased the odds as less of the saliva would be even making contact with your penis. Sure, some saliva may have soaked through, but even if it did, the risk is still 0. Saliva poses no risk.
I thought that HIV can pass through cotton clothes through Saliva and may be Saliva mixed any blood ((I can not see any blood in my underwear)

No, no risk at all. There is barely any risk for conventinal oral sex something like 1/20000. I dont even think there is a proven case of transmission by oral sex, let alone oral sex through your underwear.
