Oral sex with tonsillitis

i have this tendency to get tonsillitis during monsoons from childhood
they had gotten quiet swollen, not much pain though
i had unprotected oral with tonsillitis with an unknown man, i took his penis inside my mouth for about 2 minutes
HE DID NOT CUM IN MY MOUTH!!!

will having tonsillitis affect or increase my risk from zero to something substantial?????
i am also growing a tooth at the back of my mouth (it is also painless and not bleeding)

next day i went for an HIV test(base test to be followed up with 3 month test) it was NEGATIVE
do i need another test????

also i am prone to HIV related anxiety, i am a hypochondriac!!!!
