Oral sex with tooth abscess

Hello,

I am a heterosexual female. I recently received oral sex from my partner. When finished he was complaining about how his mouth hurt because he had a bad tooth abscess/infection that he was on antibiotics for. Assuming he had oozing/blood/infection in his mouth, am I at ANY risk of HIV thru him performing unprotected oral sex on me? thank you

no he is a friend, we hook up off and on. I did ask him his status and he said he was negative as he was just tested a week prior to us being together. do you think there is a risk Vance?
