It's not close to zero, it's zero for HIV risk. The qualified experts here on MedHelp who have been in the HIV research for decades haven't been convinced that oral sex poses HIV risk and they're not lone voice.

But if you had unprotected oral sex, maybe you could consult at STD forum here on MedHelp, we deal with HIV prevention only, and again, you didn't have HIV that way.
