Oral sex

How safe is oral sex when using protection?  I am a male who recived oral sex for a female who I did not know and developed a rash two days later.  I took a HIV test and STD(s) test after two months of the oral sex and all the test came back negative but I am still worried.  Any advise would be helpful!!!!

You were never at risk of contracting HIV.

Any kind of protected sex is safe from the standpoint of HIV. Only condom breakage or slippage can pose a potential risk.

It would not have mattered if you did not have protected sex during oral sex. It would have still be no risk.
