Oral thrush and HIV test

Well I had repeated unprotected sex with my long term boyfriend, after we broke up I had an HIV test. He never cheated on me or anything so I just took the HIV test 2 months after the first time we started having sex. It was an OraQuick and it was negative. Now a few weeks later i have developed a severely dry mouth and now have white patches on my cheeks and stuff on my tongue which I am sure is Thrush. I have had thrush before when I was for sure I was HIV negative. Should I be worried? Doesn't Thrush and stuff appear way later in the HIV infection stage.

I don't even believe its thrush. Might be food particles. When was the last time you used a tongue scraper. Anyways you have a negative test hiv should not be your concern. See your doctor if you are uncomfortable with your mouth.

Thrush is not specific to HIV. See your doctor or dentist for a diagnosis.
