Do the same seroconversion times and percentages exist between these two tests or is the Orasure less sensitive < 6 Weeks ? Of course they line up outside the 12 -13 week window period.

Sure it does. It's Seroconversion that decides the outcome of the test via antibody production/antigen exposure.

Seroconversion is when one goes from negative to positive and it doesn't mean that your body will have enough detectable antibodies for a test to detect.
