Oraquick at 12 Weeks

I had a low risk exposure 12 weeks ago, I've felt fine (besides nerves) over that period of time but decided to take the Oraquick HIV Test at 12 weeks out of an abundance of caution. The tests came back negative but again, I took the test at 12 weeks and not necessarily 3 months like the box says. Are the tests reliable at 12 weeks?  I've seen Dr H post in the past they were accurate at 8 weeks but I'd be interested in anyone else's thoughts?

What was your exposure?. Anyways any antibody test at 12 weeks is conclusive. If it came out negative, you don't have hiv.
