Oraquick mouth swab at 74 days (10.5wk)

Had a recent sex encounter with escort (no full erection, but with condom) and went to local community clinic for HIV test (mouth swab) and test came back negative in 15-20 mins.  My counselor said I had low risk and suggest I don't need a follow up test even thought their own poster said 90 days test is necessary.   what this mean?   I have read something about oroquick oral fluid test is very inaccurate on this forum, and very confused and worried now.  Can someone help me on this ?

Many thanks!
